While also offering mental health counseling by licensed professionals and outdoor retreats. Hoping to show those who defend us that they are appreciated and help those who are fighting a battle with PTSD . I believe the Sponsorship of a military Veteran Gym membership can help save lives!

Mental Health
Committed to prioritizing the mental well-being of our members, we've established a partnership with licensed counselors Stacey Budke at Emotionally Fit LLC and Kolleen Simons at The Right Solution Counseling Services. This collaboration ensures a comprehensive approach to mental fitness, providing valuable support for emotional resilience. Together, we strive to foster a community where both physical and mental health are paramount.
Group Retreats
Our first outing was Fall 2021 with Revital & After the Alarm at Eagle Valley Ranch in Westcliffe, CO. The owner of the Eagle Valley Ranch, Dave Roever, is a Vietnam Veteran & Purple Heart recipient. Taking first responders hiking, fishing, horseback riding, more as an escape.
Defenders Gateway Podcast
From one patriot to another…the Defenders Gateway podcast with Ray Tuggle is designed to give active military, veterans, and first responders a voice to tell their stories about how they’ve answered their nation’s call, and to share how they are making an impact on their families, community and nation.
Nutritional Support
Partnering with another mission-driven platform dedicated to transforming the well-being of our heroic first responders, particularly firefighters. Focused on the often-neglected aspects of nutrition, exercise, sleep, and metabolic health, we are committed to enhancing the physical and mental resilience of firefighters. Our practical and sustainable approach aims to optimize their overall health, leading to improved on-the-job performance and a reduction in chronic diseases during retirement.
